Aeye Cam operates the AeyeAPI streaming platform on behalf of the schools and operators who choose to integrate with it. We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service: account email and password hash, customer/school configuration, source URLs (encrypted at rest), internal streaming-path metadata, and viewer-session telemetry (start/end timestamps, IP, user agent) for analytics and security.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising on the platform. Operational data may be processed by our hosting provider strictly to deliver the service.
Parents who sign in to the parent portal can request export or deletion of their account and watch history by contacting their school administrator, who can action the change from the operator console.
